The Role:
- Reporting to the Claims Manager
- Overall responsibility of leading a team of around 8 members of staff
- Reviewing and managing work levels within the team
- Training and bringing on new team members
- Build relationships with referral sources
- Working alongside other Team Leaders to ensure the efficient running of the claims department
The Candidate
- Must posses a good knowledge of Credit Hire and Credit Repair processes.
- Must be impeccably organised, enthusiastic and possess the ability to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team.
- Must be able to identify training needs of the team and liaise with the training department.

First Claims Notification Administrators

Experienced Recoveries Negotiator

Successful applicants will be dealing with the recovery of payments outstanding from insurance companies relating to credit hire and credit repair charges as well as other aspects of clients insured losses resulting from a road traffic accident. A good knowledge of the RTA law is essential along with the ability to progress claims to litigation stage.
Experienced PI / Motor Claims Litigator
