• If a vehicle is unroadworthy, we endeavour to provide a replacement within 4 hours of case acceptance
• Replacement vehicles are delivered by one of our uniformed drivers to the most suitable location, whether that be a bodyshop, home address or place of work
• Once the damaged vehicle is repaired we will arrange a prompt collection of our replacement vehicle
• The cost of the hire will be recovered directly from the negligent driver’s insurance company.
